* Once you are emailed the trucks available, they will hold the date for 48 hours, after that they may not be available.

* If this is a company paid event trucks will invoice at the end of the event

* If this is a school event and e-transfers cannot be accepted, trucks will pay by cash or cheque (please ensure cheques are deposited in a timely manner) at the end of the event, please ensure someone is on site to accept the payment. Trucks will supply a receipt for cash payments.
